WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Houston, TX is home to KROOT LLC. All orders are shipped directly from Houston. All orders shipped within Texas will be charged its applicable sales tax.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders are processed in 2 - 3 business days and then shipped based on your selection at check-out. Once shipped, USPS First Class Mail orders typically take 3 - 5 business days to arrive. Faster shipping options are available via USPS Priority Mail. Choose 1 or 2-day Priority Mail, if you are in a hurry to receive your items. 

WHY IS USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL NOT APPEARING AS A SHIPPING OPTION FOR MY CART?
You must have a lot of items in your cart. Awesome! Shipping is calculated based on weight. If your package weighs more than 13 oz, it must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. That's the postal service rules, not ours.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We wish. Unfortunately, USPS First Class Mail does not offer tracking services. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail can be tracked, and we will send you an e-mail with that information. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet. KROOT ships domestically anywhere in the U.S. Join our mailing list and be the first to find out when we do begin shipping internationally.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All sales are final. In the rare case your items are delivered damaged, we will be happy to make things right and exchange your item(s) for you. Please keep your unused and unopened item(s) and send an e-mail to amal@krootcards.com with  EXCHANGE REQUEST as the subject line.

Please double- and triple-check your shipping address. We'd hate for your items to be delivered to the wrong address. If this happens, please correct the matter with your local post office, and let us know if you encounter trouble. We'll do our best to help.

Most likely, yes! Please contact us before you make any reference to KROOT publicly. We obviously require that you provide credit and a reference link, either to our social media handle @krootcards or directly back to this website www.krootcards.com.
